Refund policy
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made from NOT SO SUTTLE. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- The item should be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The product must be returned with original tags attached and in original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claiming a return or refund for damaged or defective products.
- The video must clearly show the unopened package and the unboxing process.
- The video should clearly show the issue because of which return or refund is being claimed.
- Return requests for damaged items may be rejected without an unboxing video.
- The video must be emailed to support@notsosuttle.com.
- If an incorrect product, size, or colour is delivered, the customer must email clear pictures of the product and tags along with an unboxing video to support@notsosuttle.com for verification.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery details (such as wrong address or contact information) provided by the user will not hold NOT SO SUTTLE liable.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
- In case the address was entered incorrectly by the customer and they still wish to receive the product, they may place a new order by contacting us at support@notsosuttle.com. Additional delivery charges will apply for re-shipment.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must:
- Have a recorded unboxing video.
- Contact us immediately at support@notsosuttle.com
- This allows us to evaluate the issue and take appropriate action.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
At Not So Suttle, each product is custom-made based on your selected design, print colour, and size. We begin crafting your order specifically for you once it is placed. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges on custom-made products, except in cases where the item delivered differs from what was originally ordered.
- The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:
- Request a return for the original item (subject to approval).
- Place a new order separately for the desired product.
6. Refund Policy
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at support@notsosuttle.com.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD charges are non-refundable.
- If a COD order is cancelled or returned at any stage, COD fees will not be refunded
8. Non-Refundable Charges
In the case of return, cancellation, or exchange, the following charges will not be refunded:
- Delivery / Shipping charges
- GST or applicable taxes
- COD charges
- Any other service or convenience fees
10. Cancellation Policy
At Not So Suttle, all orders are custom-made and begin processing once approved. Therefore, cancellations are not permitted after an order has been approved and is under processing. An order may only be cancelled before it is approved and processed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at 📧 support@notsosuttle.com at the earliest. Once the order processing has started, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
